I just activated my new account. The instructions on my Fact Sheet say I should now choose Databank|Update to update my databank. However, I am unable to locate this pulldown on the TC2000 Home screen. Where is it?

A couple of ways to do this.
Across the top of your display (right above the chart, you see a series of buttons (ie. starting on the left with the New button, then the Jump button, etc.). One of the last buttons to the right is called Update. Click that button, choose internet or toll-free, and click Update Now.
The alternative is what was mentioned on your Fact Sheet. Above the buttons, there is a series of pull-down menu choices. On the far left, you see File, then WatchList, etc.. The next to last menu choice to the right is Databank. Click that menu, then click the top choice to update. Again, choose internet or toll-free, and then click Update Now.
