Can you tell me why Iam unable to view the videos when I click on any of them. It just brings-up a blank window and doesn't do anything.
Thanks

If you're having trouble viewing any of the training videos, make sure you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player installed. Click here to download:

If you're still having trouble after installing the latest version of the Flash player, let us know.

Also, make sure you are browsing with Internet Explorer.

For those (enlightened types!!) who insist on using the new Mozilla Firefox Browser, follow this link for a workaround to the Internet Explorer requirement!

You will still need to have IE installed, but this little utility lets you view the videos here with only 2 extra clicks and you do not have to go hunting for the IE icon.
