I have seen that there is a way to sort prices compared to its avereges, however, I could not find a way to sort the Money Stream indicator compared to its regression. Is there a way to sort the regression lines compared to the indicator?

Are you looking for the MS vs. the endpoint of the LR line?

stukov,
I'm not sure if it will meet your needs, but you may wish to review the following (the first video is what I suspect is most relevant):

Sort using envelopes, regression channels and Bollinger bands
Spotting trend changes using linear regression channel sorts

It is also possible to use Personal Criteria Formulas to determine the position of an indicator relative to its Linear Regression Line or Bands:

Using Linear Regression vs Classical Peaks/Valleys for Divergence Analysis
Linear regression channel calculations

Yes, that is exactly what I am looking for.

Right-click on MS, add a Moving Linear Regression line with a period of either 30 or 100 (depending on the one you want to compare).

You may need to zoom out to have it visible.

You can then do a visual difference sort between MS compared to the MLR which returns the value of the endpoint of the LR line.
