LOOKING FOR A PCF THAT INCLUDES, 52 WEEK HI, AND MACD HISTOGRAM (8, 18, 6)UNDER THE 50% LINE?

I'm going to assume the "50% LINE" is the centerline (which is actually zero). Please try the following:
H = MAXH252 AND XAVGC8 - XAVGC18 - XAVG(XAVGC8,6) + XAVG(XAVGC18,6) < 0
