After running a backscan with a watchlist, the chart flags that show buy and sell points are "stuck" with the first symbol and don't switch as I 'CTRL'-spacebar through the list.

Help please

I can think of a several possible reasons for this that do not involve technical issues with your installation of the program.

The Action Plot is linked to the BackScan Trade History instead of the Selected Symbol Trade History. This represents the entire Watchlist and does not change with the symbol.

The BackScan is based on BackScan Conditions that are not symbol dependent. For example, Percent New Highs or Percent New Lows under Market Indicators in the Web Library will not change based on the Active Symbol.

You have more than one Watchlist and have one Watchlist controlling the chart's Active Symbol and a different Watchlist being used for the BackScan.

If none of these descriptions (or something similar) applies, you may wish to contact technical support.

All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays, some Market Holidays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).
