hi,
I'm trying to write a PCF and am having a little trouble with it.
what I am trying to do is take the 52 week high, subtract the 52 week low, and then find stocks that are between 25% and 50% above the low. I'm hoping that would give me stocks that have bottomed and are moving up. what do you think?

Please try the following:

STOC252 >= 25 AND STOC252 <= 50
