 I was playing around with BackScanner today while watching the videos. Got any suggestions on how to learn to use them? They both seem like really good products. However, even though my background is in IT I have to admit that I'm having some trouble learning how to use them. TIA.

 Are there specific questions you have after watching the BackScanner video and playing with it? Is there something you are trying to accomplish that you cannot make happen?
