What is the deal with AVCI.
On the daily chart, OBV is higher than the September, 2006 high. But on the weekly chart it is much lower.
In sum, on the daily chart it looks like an OBV winner, but on a weekly chart it is plummeting, and looks like it hasn't eaten its Wheaties.
(The reason I'm writing you is that the E-mail address on Worden's support menu is invalid. Every time I post it, it bounces back a few minutes later. The mailer-daemon says: the "service is unavailable".)

On Balance Volume is a pretty basic indicator. It just takes the Volume and adds it if the Net Change is positive and subtracts it if the Net Change is negative.
The daily version is taking these Net Changes each day. The weekly version is taking these Net Changes each week. It is quite possible for a symbol to be up four out of five days and still be down over those same five days. And the timing of a Volume spike within those five days can have a significant effect on the differences as well.
As far as I can tell, we are continuing to receive email, so I'm not sure what's happening with the returned email in your case. The email address is:

I will report the returned mail issue to our email department.
