 Hi,
I would like to apply an RSI (wilder) to the price rate of change indicator.
Can this be done please?

 You did not specify any settings for either the RSI or Price ROC, but you may wish to review the follownig:

3-Period RSI of the 1-Period Rate of Change
3-Period RSI of the 1-Period Rate of Change (1 Day Ago)
