 Is there any way I can use a personal criteria formula as of a past date rather than against the current day?

 Yes. For instance, C is today's close. C10 is the close 10 daily bars ago. And C'12/30/05' would be the close on December 30, 2005.

However, you can't write a PCF without these days ago parameters, and then just say you want to see the result from some day in the past.
