You should have a Worden Studio shortcut on your desktop now. Click on it to bring up the program. Once you sign in, you'll see a number of tools liste along the left side. They include:

1. Stocks
2. Q-Trader Charts
3. ETF-Trader Charts
4. Sector Charts
5. Pro Football Charts
6. News

You can click on any of these tools to bring up the charts.

Worden Studio is currently in beta test, so what you'll have is not the final version. Some of the menu choices are not yet operational. However, there is a lot to use right now in Worden Studio.

My copy of Worden Studio does not include Q-Trader Charts as you describe. I am a TC2000 user. Can you explain the omission, please?

On the left side of the Worden Studio main screen, you should see a HOme icon at the top, followed by a Stocks icon. What icon do you see directly below the Stocks icon?

Directly below the Stocks icon is the ETF icon, then Sector, Football and News. There is a blank space between the Home and Stocks icon that is about the right size for an icon.

Well...that's exactly where the QTC (Q-TraderCharts) icon is supposed to be. To be honest, I have no idea why it's missing!

This is a technical issue at this point. Let me encourage you to email our support department at support@worden.com. Tell them that your Q-TraderCharts icon is missing from Worden Studio, and that there is an empty space between the Stocks icon and the ETF icon.

Sorry I can't help you here....I'm sure the tech staff will be able to figure out what's happening.

Thanks for trying to help and the link to Support.
Their reply is as follows:

Thank you for writing. According to our customer database, you haven't paid for QTraderCharts. The rest of Worden Studio is a free service but the QTraderCharts service costs $59.95 per month, or $39.95 per month if you're a TCNet User. If you believe you have paid for QTraderCharts, please let us know.

Well, now we both know! We have a sales department trained in all the prices. I apologize that I didn't know this earlier.
