When you create a Custom PCF % True Indicator and trigger when it move to true or false
So when you create an alert with the indicator > 0 (so it is true)
the alert goes off in you alert log and message log
is there a way to include the value at the time of the alert in alert presentation

No, there is no way to include the value in the alert presentation currently.
