I do not understand the request. Are you trying to find out if the current low is below the low over some arbitrary number of previous bars? For example, the following would check for the current low to be below the low of the previous 10-bars:

L < MINL10.1

Or maybe something similar comparing the current price to lows:

C < MINL10.1

If you want something else, we will need additional clarification from you as to your intent.
