Please could you tell me how to save some of the charts into my documents.
Also I would like to copy my chart settings on my desktop pc over into my laptop.
Is there anyway that you can export the information over .?

To copy settings from one machine to another check out this video:

The first part of your question talks about copying the chart. Do you mean an image of the chart?

Yes I did mean image.
Thanks for the link.I did not think it would be so easy to import and export files.
That`s what makes this software so great ,user friendly with great support.

To get your chart into a document, you will need to use the PrintScreen function on your keyboard.

Then go to your document (I tested it with a Microsoft Word document). Place your cursor where you would like to see the chart, and press CTRL-V.
