What PCF would reflect when the 8 & 13 & 21 EMA's all converge to within 25 cents of each other.

Please try the following Condition Formula:

ABS(XAVGC8 - XAVGC13) <= .25 AND ABS(XAVGC8 - XAVGC21) <= .25 AND ABS(XAVGC13 - XAVGC21) <= .25
