There is no built in way to do this in TC2000 version 12.3. It is theoretically possible to use the techniques in the Days Since Last Peak (or other day-counting needs) topic if the exact indicator settings are known and it is possible to create a formula for the indicator in question. The formula is written to check back a specific maximum number of bars however, so if the lookback in the formula is set to 20, there would be no way to know if something happened 25 bars ago instead.

It is probably going to be possible to create these for Williams %R if the settings are provided, but TTM Squeeze formula itself is very long and trying to check for the number of bars ago would result in a formula which is way too long and slow to be practical or post in the forums.
