There is no universal agreement on how Keltner Channels are calculated. A Custom Channel Indicator in TC2000 version 7 which would match the default Keltner Channels in TC2000 version 12.2 could be created as follows:
Select Chart Template | Add Indicator | Price Channel.
- Visible: Checked
- Plot Formula Line: Up to you.
- Smoothing Average: 20
- Average Type: Exponential
- Width Multiplier: 15
- Indicator Line Formula: (C + H + L) / 3
- Channel Width Formula: (H - L + ABS(H - C1) + ABS(C1 - L)) / 2

Thanks a lot . I would like to create the Keltner channel bands as below criteria please.
- Mid- Keltner in 16 Exponential Moving Average (ema)
-Upper Keltner in 1.3% above the Mid - Keltner
- Lower Keltner in 1.3% below the Mid- Keltner.
Thanks.

The following steps in TC2000 version 7 should create a Price Channel indicator to match a Keltner Channel in TC2000 version 12.4 with the Period set to 16, the Average Type set to Exponential and the ATR Multiplier set to 1.3.
Select Chart Template | Add Indicator | Price Channel.
- Visible: Checked
- Plot Formula Line: Up to you.
- Smoothing Average: 16
- Average Type: Exponential
- Width Multiplier: 13
- Indicator Line Formula: (C + H + L) / 3
- Channel Width Formula: (H - L + ABS(H - C1) + ABS(C1 - L)) / 2
If you actually want the channels to be 1.3% above and below the centerline, then you would do the following instead.
Select Chart Template | Add Indicator | Price Channel.
- Visible: Checked
- Plot Formula Line: Up to you.
- Smoothing Average: 16
- Average Type: Exponential
- Width Multiplier: 13
- Indicator Line Formula: (C + H + L) / 3
- Channel Width Formula: (C + H + L) / 300
