I want to be able to do scans for technical setups on the 4-Day Charts.

I love the Easy Scan Feature, but it automatically scans for the parameters
on Daily Charts. Is it possible to scan for techncial setups based on a 4-Day
Chart ... looking for things like Stochastics Overbought/Oversold?

 EasyScan is only able to look at the current daily data. You can use days ago parameters to look back in the past, but it's all based on daily data.

You can set up Stochastics on your 4 day chart and then sort by it to find high or low values. Doing it this way, you will be dealing with the 4 day bars. Here is a video you might find helpful:
