jas0501,  I posted the chart simply to illustrate the importance of price heading in the right direction. I did not say it was confirming anything.  The chart does agree with your backtesting, e.g  price below the 200ma, there are many low probability trades offered. When price is above the 200ma there are LESS trades offered with a higher proability of sucess. Nice work on you backtests, good stuff.

Ben, great thread. I have been playing around with the 10 day low indicator and can see it's value. I would like to offer up the chart of MCK to illustrate the reason for having price above the 200 MA as a criteria. And thank you diceman for the modification to put it in the top pane.
