First, join Michael's club from the link http://www.tc2000.com/workshops.  Michael will accept you as a member of his club.  Once you are accepted as a member of Michael's club you will see a "MT Training" button on your Toolbar located on the left-hand side of TC2000.  Open Michael's club and you will see the the Sector Rotation WorkSpace.
