Topic: How can I scan for stocks reaching new all time highs?

How do I create a PCF that will sort stocks that have recently crossed exponential moving averages? For example: 40 day ema crosses 80 day ema recently but was below 80 day ema (or above 80 day ema) two weeks ago.
