Can Telechart or any other worden product, if used every day, find only those stocks hitting new all time highs? Intraday would be cool but end of day would also be very helpful. Thanks.

There is no way to do this in TeleChart (it can be done in Blocks, though).  TeleChart requires us to define a period for the high and most stocks have varied days of history.

There is a way in Telechart

- create a daily watchlist of those stocks making 52 week highs (you can specify either intraday high or close depending on your own personal need)
- take that watchlist, change the chart time period to quarterly or yearly, and zoom out as far as it will go
- do a "sort by" using price - visual value
- any stock that returns a visual value of 100 (i.e. current price is at absolute top of the chart) is at an all-tiime high

The only problem with the above is if the stock has traded less than 52 weeks.  It won't show up.

You can use the above with ALL STOCKS and visual sorting, though.

How do I create a PCF that will sort stocks that have recently crossed exponential moving averages? For example: 40 day ema crosses 80 day ema recently but was below 80 day ema (or above 80 day ema) two weeks ago.

Does recently mean they crossed anytime in the last 2 weeks?  Does the 40 still need to be above the 80 today?  Does the 40 have to be below the 80 ten trading days ago?
