DSTI-Solar USEG-Uranium, on sale today :).
PBW is a good way to play it. As are all of the new PowerShares for sector plays. Check out PSI compared to SMH last few days.

I suspect KEM, or perhaps AVII. Both worth looking at.

I would comment on this "rally", but I think DW's report for today says it all very well.
On a more personal note, if one makes a habit of wishing for the market to "make up it's mind" (note that the market does not have a "mind"), one can look forward to a wish-filled and fustrating trading career. Meditate upon this at 2nd level.
And check out the Dalai Lama article in this month's Wired mag, p.96. Great read.

Covanta (CVA) initiated by Oppenheimer. Initial rating: Buy.

After hitting 16.94 (1/20), sold off hard back to 16.07, wedged up for 5 days to 16.92 again on Friday,1/27, reversed, and now back to under 16.10. Could continue in this range, but short term picture does NOT look good to me, though vol so far today is lower than the last selloff.
Previous "step" consolidation zone is right around present 50dsma/ema.

Is this the TC board? Or has a virus redirected us to e-Harmony?
Seriously, RITA is approching the 50% retrace around 4.73. Volume is 2.5x avg.

8% insider, 65-70% inst. 1.28B in cash and a d/e of.... .07? Sweet. An orderly pull back would make for a great entry (wish wish). Hard to tell what a stock might do after the Cramer touch. Nice find, BigBlock. I have just now adjusted the canned Daily Volume Surge so it doesn't miss ones like that.
