I've seen various discussions on PCFs for Wide Range Bars, each PCF with its own variation.

Regarding the image below, what would be the best PCF to use for the wide range bar next to the arrow?

In order to consolidate the number of alerts, I would like to combine both of the expressions below into one formula using an OR.
 
For example, I would like to see alerts for either Formula # 1 OR Formula # 2 listed below.
 
 
Formula # 1
C1 >= O2 AND O3 >= O2 AND C3 >= C2 AND C1 > C2
 
Formula # 2
O3 >= O2 AND C3 >= C2 AND L2 <= L1 AND H2 >= H1

I&#39;m trying to figure out how to create the two formulas listed below for TC2000. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
 
3% Gap Up (3% or greater gap up at the open)
3% Gap Down (3% or greater gap down at the open)
