I've seen various discussions on PCFs for Wide Range Bars, each PCF with its own variation.

Regarding the image below, what would be the best PCF to use for the wide range bar next to the arrow?

Is it wide just because it is say wider than all of the previous 10 bars?

H - L > MAX(H1 - L1, 10)

Or do you have something else in mind for a definition?
