Running TC 2k,  ver 19.0,  Wish to export watchlist with price, volume, capitalization, shares outstandng. can it be done? also have  tc2k ver 7.

No, you can only export symbols from a watchlist.  We have license agreements in place that prevent us from allowing export of fundamental data.
