Let's use Sensitive>Software Infrastructure>FFIV as an example.  I've noticed, through a quick eye-balling,  that the Worden data lists nine symbols as peers which don't agree with the ten peers in Earnings Whispers.

Can you tell me why there is such a disparity?

I couldn't say where Earnings Whispers gets its peers. We get our sector and industry classifications from Morningstar. The PDF referenced in the following topic explores the classification system used in significant detail.
