There is no way to reference fundamentals in a Personal Criteria Formula.

What you can do as add both the fundamental and a 1 period rate of change indicator to a quarterly chart. Change the data source of the ROC to use the fundamental. Then click on it and select Create Condition (or Create Scan Condotion) to create a condition fo the ROC being greater than 0 (or possibly moving up).

There may be something that you can do, depending on your definition of "accelerating".

TC2000 has Fundamental Indicators called EPS Percent Change x Qtr Back for four quarters. You can construct a scan looking for each one to be greater than 10%, for example.

For longer periods, there is "EPS Percent Change Latest Yr" and "Earnings Growth Rate 5-Yr". You can scan for differentvalues of these, as well.

There aren't as many possible variables for Revenue. There is"Percent Change Revenue 1-Yr" and "Percent Change Revenue last Qtr". You can scan for these to be greater than a value you select
