In an easyscan can we have have multiple rules where a few are calculated on a daily and a few on a weekly time frame?

Yes, you can mix conditions with different time frames in an EasyScan.

Let's assume when have 10 conditions in an easyscan. Is there anyway we can see how many of the conditions the stock is passing out of the 10

No, there is not. You could do this in a Personal Criteira Formula (assuming the indivudal requirements can be expressed in PCF), but that would require all of the conditions use the same time frame.
