Please provide a Custom Indicator using CountTrue for the number of New Highs as well as the Number of New Lows over a period of time, say 63 days.

Well the new highs and new lows need a period as well, so I am going to use 252 for that so you can tell which period is for what  For new 252 period highs:

CountTrue(H > MAXH251.1, 63)

For new 252 period lows:

CountTrue(L < MINL251.1, 63)

You can change both periods as desired. Replace 251 with the period of the new high or low minus one.
