Is there a way to create a scan that will show me this?

I'm looking for reversal patterns.

Hi Junior, Bruce will be by in a few minutes, but ... what is your definition of a reversal? 

EasyScans are easy, but not that easy. :) ... could use a few more details to work with.

I kind of don't know what you mean by a reversal pattern either.

It could be as simple as price crossing through its 2 period exponenital moving average or it could mean some of the formulas in the Boolean PCFs for Candlestick Patterns topic (or a bunch of other possibilities).
