Hi. Can someone please help me create this PCF?
Show stocks with a cup and handle near the 52wk high
50DMA above 200DMA
200DMA trendng higher over the last 2 months
base has a pulback of 20% off the highs and is at least 8 weeks in length

I really don't know of any way to create a good cup and handle formula. Here are some previous topics related to identifying and cup and handle or rounded bottom patterns.
Writing a formula for the 50 SMA above the 200 SMA, the LR slope and net change over the last 2 months of the 200 SMA both being positive, the lowest price over the most recent 8 weeks being at least 20% below the highest price over the last year and the 14 period ADX being below 25 (not in a trend) for at least 8 weeks results in the following.
AVGC50 > AVGC200 AND FAVG(AVGC200, 42) > AVG(AVGC200, 42) AND AVGC200 > AVGC200.41 AND MINL40 <= .8 * MAXH252 AND TrueInRow(ADX14.14 < 25, 40) = 40
