Hi,
This morning, I suddenly was unable to use TC2000 12.5 on my mac via the browser. Has anything changed? Does it still run? Is it still available? Losing access is seriously bothersome. Thanks.

Yes, you should still be able to run version 12.5 in the browser on the Mac OS. You may want to contact tech support.

I'm having the same problem. It has to do with silverlight. According to Apple, "As of today, no actively supported web browser on macOS can run the current Silverlight plugin (neither Safari, Chrome nor Firefox"

Safari was able to run Silverlight at the time of the previous response, but this is no longer the case.
We are showing a method of running the full desktop version of TC2000 v18 in just about any modern desktop or mobile operating system (including on Macs) at our live training classes. We hope to have it available to customers soon, but I do not have a specific date.
