I am having trouble this morning running scans on the S & P 500.  I run a couple of scans searching for major movement but for some reason this morning the S & P scan gives nothing.  Just times out.   Is TC2000 having a problem there?

I am able to run EasyScans using the Standard and Poors 500 Component Stocks WatchList as the List to Scan without any issue. Please contact technical support.

gtcharlie,

I don't see any active service on the profile under gtcharlie. Are you logging in under a different profile?

Yes.  I am logged in on an old profile.  I will update that.  And I figured out the problem.  I had renamed a couple of formulas in the scan yesterday and it was causing an issue.  Deleted the formulas, reentered them and reran the scan.   All good now.  An important point for everyone there.   Way better to completely create new personal formulas than try and edit anything in an existing one.  Only causes problems doing that.

Good advice, but if you are going to edit the EasyScan, you do have to delete and re-add formulas after editing them.
