Hi, I have the Gold package with realtime data. I enjoy TC2000 but find the limited historical data a deal breaker for me.  For instance thers is about 4 months of data on the hourly charts. That's nowhere near enough for me to do an effective visual backtest.

Is there any way to increase the historical data?

No, TC2000 loads the latest 500 bars for the selected time frame.

If you have an account with TD Ameritrade you can use thinkorswim that will give you a 20 year history so try that out
