for bolinger band 20,2 how do I find a stock that was below the band yesterday and one for two days ago. I have one for current but want one for yesterday and 2 days ago to see how they react the next day.
also, for stochastics and macd, what are the best settings for short term on the daily chart. I'm trying to find stocks oversold that might get a bump in the next day two.

Bruce or StockGuy will be happy to help with the Bollinger Band question when they're around, but trainers can't give advice, so you might want to ask your Stochastics and MACD settings questions in one of the General Discussion forums where other folks might give you their opinion.

What I would normally do to create the condition would be to add a 1 period moving average to price and then add the Bollinger Bands to the moving average instead of adding it to price.
You can then set the offset of the moving average to move both the moving average and the Bollinger Bands. Setting the offset to +1 would give you 1 bar ago and setting the offset to +2 would give you 2 bars ago.
You can click on the offset moving average and select Create Scan Condition to check for where it is relative to the Bollinger Bands.

Another option would be to create Condition Formulas. For the current bar this would be the following.
C < AVGC20 - 2 * SQR(ABS(C ^ 2 + C1 ^ 2 + C2 ^ 2 + C3 ^ 2 + C4 ^ 2 + C5 ^ 2 + C6 ^ 2 + C7 ^ 2 + C8 ^ 2 + C9 ^ 2 + C10 ^ 2 + C11 ^ 2 + C12 ^ 2 + C13 ^ 2 + C14 ^ 2 + C15 ^ 2 + C16 ^ 2 + C17 ^ 2 + C18 ^ 2 + C19 ^ 2 - 20 * AVGC20 ^ 2) / 20)
For 1 bar ago:
C1 < AVGC20.1 - 2 * SQR(ABS(C1 ^ 2 + C2 ^ 2 + C3 ^ 2 + C4 ^ 2 + C5 ^ 2 + C6 ^ 2 + C7 ^ 2 + C8 ^ 2 + C9 ^ 2 + C10 ^ 2 + C11 ^ 2 + C12 ^ 2 + C13 ^ 2 + C14 ^ 2 + C15 ^ 2 + C16 ^ 2 + C17 ^ 2 + C18 ^ 2 + C19 ^ 2 + C20 ^ 2 - 20 * AVGC20.1 ^ 2) / 20)
For 2 bars ago:
C2 < AVGC20.2 - 2 * SQR(ABS(C2 ^ 2 + C3 ^ 2 + C4 ^ 2 + C5 ^ 2 + C6 ^ 2 + C7 ^ 2 + C8 ^ 2 + C9 ^ 2 + C10 ^ 2 + C11 ^ 2 + C12 ^ 2 + C13 ^ 2 + C14 ^ 2 + C15 ^ 2 + C16 ^ 2 + C17 ^ 2 + C18 ^ 2 + C19 ^ 2 + C20 ^ 2 + C21 ^ 2 - 20 * AVGC20.2 ^ 2) / 20)

Not as easy as I was hoping. It would be nice if there was a simple way to take any easyscan and apply it to 1 day ago or 2 days ago closings. it is a great way to see the reaction the next couple of days of what comes up on my personl easyscan.

Plot Bollinger Bands on your chart, then click on the Price plot and Create New Scan condition. Set the condition to Channel Position Range and move the top slider to Channel Center and the bottom slider to Channel Bottom.

Are you referring to vs 7 ? When I right click on price I do not get Create New Scan. I don't get that on vs 17 when I right click either.
Please walk me through because obviously I may be missing something
Thank you in advance!

The suggestion would not work in TC2000 v7, but should work in TC2000 v12/v16/v17. Note that you need to click on the name of the indicator at the top of the pane in which it is plotted (in this case the Bollinger Bands) and not on the Bollinger Bands plot itself.
Watching this video should give you a better idea of how this works.
