Is it possible to set up a scan and use VolBuzz above or below certian levels as a condition of that scan?  Also can VolBuzz be accessed in a PCL script?

No, it is not possible. You can sort by Volume Buzz but you cannot use it as an EasyScan Condition.

The following Indicator Formula would have a very similar sort order to Volume Buzz. You could use it to create rank based EasyScan Conditions.

100 * (V / AVGV100.1 - 1)

Is this formula just for an end-of-day EasyScan? Will this work scanning intraday? Just curious.

The value will only be close to matching end of day, but the sort order should be close intraday. This is why you could use ranks with it in an EasyScan.

Thanks, Bruce. That might work. VolumeBuzz (like your TTM Squeeze) is just part of my larger setup and trading plan. When my other intraday conditions are true, I typically look at symbols with relatively large VolumeBuzz first, looking for candidates.

I've been using a VolumeBuzz sort column in my watchlist up to now, but I like the idea of ranking by sort order in an EasyScan. Will take it for a spin.
