Hi Bruce, would you please provide me with scans that will list the stocks in each of the T2109, T2110, T2111 and T2112 indicators or direct me to where I can find them.

Thanks, Grant

Unless specified otherwise in the description (and none of those do), the T2s are calculated using the NYSE symbols in our database with at least one year of data.

So bring up the built in NYSE WatchList in TC2000 and exclude any symbols with less than a year of data.

Thanks Bruce, I cannot seem to find the scans in the links you provided. I would need a canned scan in order to proceed with this as I would not know where to begin in writing one.

Thanks, Grant

You could use the following daily Condition Formula to check for a symbol being around 260 trading days ago.

C260 = C260

And you would set the List to Scan of the EasyScan to NYSE.

Thanks Bruce. Sorry, I see I have not communicated well. I am looking for a separate scan for each of the above listed T2's which will pull out the stocks that meet each T2's specifications for the day. I want to know what stocks are meeting T2111's criteria for today as an example.

Thanks again, sorry for taking the long way around !0)

I am still awaiting confirmation from data, but I think you can do this by adding Bollinger Bands to the chart, adjusting the setings to match the description for that T2 and clicking on the Bollinger Bands to select Create Scan Condition.

For T2109 set the Period to 200 and Std Dev to 1.00. The choose Above Chan Top from the Price History vs Bollinger Bands 200 1 section of the Condition drop-down menu after selecting Create Scan Condition.

For T2110 set the Period to 40 and Std Dev to 1.00. The choose Above Chan Top from the Price History vs Bollinger Bands 40 1 section of the Condition drop-down menu after selecting Create Scan Condition.

For T2111 set the Period to 200 and Std Dev to 2.00. The choose Above Chan Top from the Price History vs Bollinger Bands 200 2 section of the Condition drop-down menu after selecting Create Scan Condition.

For T2112 set the Period to 40 and Std Dev to 2.00. The choose Above Chan Top from the Price History vs Bollinger Bands 40 2 section of the Condition drop-down menu after selecting Create Scan Condition.

Selecting Scan in New Window will create a new EasyScan based on your new condition.
