How do I find compoents of ETFs? Is it possible to find components of leverage etfs?

There is a TC2000 Watchlist named Components/Holdings. It will show you the ETF holdings if the chart or watchlist containing your ETF of interest is Symbol linked (Same color in upper right) to the Components/Holdings watchlist.

But no, I don't think you can display Components of Leveraged ETFs because of their contruction. They are synthetic instruments which use options and/or futures (or other "tricks") to achieve their performance compared to a Index. Probably the closest you can come is to look at Components of an ETF which tracks the same or similar index.
