What is the best way to scan for stocks that have volume at least 2 times greater than the 52 week average?  It's not clear to me what Moving Up % or Moving Up Smart scans for but any help in creating the scan would be appreciated.

v > 2 *AVGV52 will work in weekly tf (weekly volume this week is two times the avg weekly vol in the last 52 weeks)

v > 2 *AVGV500 will work in daily tf (52 * 5 = 600 but we only have access to 500 bars in a chart. What this calculates is  volume today is two times greater than the avg daily vol in the last 500 days)

Hope this helps.
