Can I create a scan condition on the Built-In indicatore "Relative Strength vs. SPY"?  I am interested in scanning for new highs (say 50 days) of this indicator.

No, it is not possible to create conditions or scans based on the Relative Strength indicator.

It is possible to create conditions and scans based on Relative Strength 1-Yr (vs SP-500) fundamental indicator.
