I use the following formula to calculate the IBD RS Line for a symbole.
(0.4*((C-C63)/C63)*100)+(0.2*((C-C126)/C126)*100)+(0.2*((C-C189)/C189)*100)+(0.2*((C-C252)/C252)*100)
I am interested in determining if the current value is an a new high for a specific period. Is there any way to do this?

If you are using the Indicator Formula as the Formula in a Custom PCF Indicator, you can click on that Custom PCF Indicator and select Create Scan Condition. Then select New High from the Condition drop-down menu in the Create Scan Condition window and specify a period for the New High.
Create Conditions from Your Chart (5:25)
You could add Donchian Channels to the Custom PCF Indicator if you want to visually see when the Custom PCF Indicator is making a New High (it will go above the upper Donchian Channel).
