Do we have a OR function in EasyScan

For example can we screen for stocks crossing 20 day Or 50 Day when 20 day Cross and 50 day cross are in two diffrent rules. I am just using the 20 and 50 day cross an an exmple.

No, OR is not built into EasyScans. An EasyScan will return the symbols in its List to Scan which currently meet the requirements of all of its EasyScan Conditions.

The only way to OR in an EasyScan is through the use of Condition Formulas using OR.

Bruce, I need this function too.

ex)  I want to return  value stocks   like  PER<10 or PBR<2 or PEG<1 or PSR<1   with single scan.

It is not possible to do this in TC2000 as the Personal Criteria Formula Language does not have a way to reference fundamentals.

About the closest thing you can do is create a EasyScan for the opposite. It does not give you the stocks you want, but it would give you the stocks you don't want.

So check for the values to be greater rather than less than and include all of those EasyScan Conditions. You can then flag all of those symbols and then remove flagged symbols from a Personal WatchList copy of the List to Scan of the EasyScan.

Flagging Symbols
Copying Symbols to Personal Watchlists
Building a Scan with Multiple Conditions

I know PCF can't reference fundamentals data.
I wish Easyscan could return stocks which  pass  condition A(ex   c>avgc20) OR condition B(ex c>avgc10) in the future.
