Is there any way to have the program run a report on the # of new highs in the Russell 2000 from C1 thru C3000 automatically and not by having to create a PCF for each Closing Day?  Thanks!

No, it is not possible to do so in TC2000. It is possible to do so in StockFinder using its Custom Market Indicator feature.
