Hello - I am retrialing GOLD and the connection is essentially slow and unsable in this first 1/2 market hour. Is this unusual and what is the problem? Thanks

No, this is not normal. We are having issues with the real time feed from our data provider and are working to get this corrected.

Thanks Bruce - since the connection itself, from me to tc2000 was so slow, I assumed that the problem was on your end.

The feeds should be caught up with the real time data streaming correctly again.

There is still an issue with the index data (Sp-500, DJ-30, etc) not streaming. This issue is coming from our data source and may not be corrected until after the close today.

Hi Bruce,

Today, Dec 5th at around 00:35am the data feed is basically dead.. and it does not give any real time data feed at all..I use TC2000 to look at Forex data and it was terrible. By the time I realize the data is not refreshing.. I actually made some mistake in the trade. 

Would you please help to fix this.. it happened couple times in the last several days.

The issues we were experiencing with our data provider should be already resolved. If you continue to experience issues, please contact technical support.
