Do you have a scan I can plug into TC2000 that will give me a list of stocks that are in the lower 10-20% of their price range over the past 6-12 months? Thanks!

You could use one of the following Personal Criteria Formulas as an EasyScan Condition:

Currently in the lower 20% of Price Range over the last 6-Months (on a Daily Chart):

STOC126 <= 20

Currently in the lower 20% of Price Range over the last 12-Months (on a Daily Chart):

STOC252 <= 20
