For me the nice present was the improved candlestick bars, particularly for zoom 4 and 3....much, much easier to read. Hats off to the Worden staff for tireless efforts to respond to customer feedback.

The candlestick plots are still not of the quality that we had with TC2000.

In my book this remains a serious issue.

Is there any way I can return to using TC2000?

Not possible to return to TC2000.

We've had very positive feedback about the changes made to the candlesticks in this new version...even from people who were quite upset over the previous version. What seems to be the problem with them for you, at this point?

First, click on Help | About and make sure you have version .42. If you do, send a screenshot of what you're looking at to support@worden.com and we'll take a look.

I still have been able to even log in. I am on the verge of canceling my subscription as service that was once very useful to me has been rendered useless.

I have to agree with justinqueree, release 42 seems to be much less stable than 29. Since upgrading to this version, I frequently get crashes on start-up or shutdown, and data updates have yet to be accomplished in one pass; it usually takes at least 2 times to get all the data because the download hangs, and I often still have to go back and manually update PCF's after data downloading is complete.

There should be a comprehensive list of what's changed with each release so I can decide if I want to install it or not, an option to say "Remind me about upgrading in XX days (60, 90)" instead of being harassed every time the program is launched, and a way to revert back to at least one version prior, in case after install I don't like what's been done....

Every day I get this message when I shut down Telechart.exe:

Dividend Yield: TeleChart.exe – Application Error

The exception unknown software exception (0xc000001e) occurred in the application at location 0x0658af38.

Click on OK to terminate the program

OK

This is an annoying problem. Is there an solution?
