Can a 15 minute timeframe chart indicator be superimposed on a 5 minute timeframe chart ?

You can add the Indicators of interest to the same Chart multiple times (one for each Time Frame of interest) and manually adjust the Time Frames in the Block Diagrams. The rules based on different time frames topic has an example.

It is also possible to use the PriceData method to create RealCode Indicators or Conditions using arbitrary Time Frames.

I've attached Price History and Volume Bars Indicators with their own Time Frames as these are the basis of most other Indicators. In many cases, you could use one of these and then just add an Indicator with "of Indicator" as part of the name as a Child Indicator to get the desired result.
