Yes, VIX and VXN both got pops yesterday with lbb20 and lr30 support TSV26 shooting up through lbb13. FAZ and SKF in serious oversold territory. A correction any day would not surprise me either. Keeping stops on longs very tight.

hedge funds have been increasing their short exposure over the past few days...I wonder if this could end up bullish - we'll have to wait and see.  THe same thing happened last summer and the market broke out and all these shorts had to cover, sending the market rocketing up.

What could cause this?  I don't know..maybe a complete failure of the Obama health care hijacking?

Market's pretty overbought now, but again, same condition as last July possibly...maybe a week or two pullback before the next leg up? Maybe not?  My crystal ball is cloudy.
