In the recent Harry Boxer Webinar he shows his price charts.
All the way to the right (typically where closing price is listed)
2 cyan lines are displayed.
What do they represent?

I'll have to look at the video to know for sure, but I suspect they are the Bid and Ask (which are only available in TeleChart Platinum). What is the date of the Webinar?

The lines do represent the Bid and Ask.

Is there any way to scan for the most volatile stocks to use for swing trading?

There are lots of possibilities (searching the forums for volatile or volatility will give you an idea of what I mean and searching the internet would reveal even more possibilities) and the trainers can't give setting, interpretation or investment advice. One possibility might be to use the built in Price Volatility criteria as an EasyScan Condition.
